Why I love what I do?
I love building relationships with patients, helping them feel comfortable and cared for from when they walk in through the door.
My Approach:
I enjoy creating a positive, efficient environment where both our team and patients feel valued.
Training and expertise:
Working as a dental nurse/receptionist from 1986, then lead nurse and practice manager from 2002 to now in Lalor Clinic.
Practice manager course RQF/NVQ level 4/5
What confidence means to me?
I find confidence in myself by knowing that patients find confidence in me, confirmed through positive feedback.
How I love to live my best:
I love travelling, spending time with my children and grandchildren. I am hoping to skydive this year as its on my bucket list.
